Drumhead Cottage offers wonderful self catering accommodation in the charming village of Finzean, based in a gorgeous countryside location. Our cottage near Banchory is ideal for a memorable holiday in Aberdeenshire.

Our large cottage offers plenty of natural light and sleeps up to 5 people. The property offers views over the valley and hills. You can soak away your troubles in the hot tub.

We have an open plan lounge and spacious kitchen/dining area, plus a utility room. In total, there are 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin or super king and 1 single room. A shower room comes with a walk-in shower.

Outside we have a garden with seating and Weber Gas BBQ for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun.

Facilities include an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, American-style fridge freezer with water & ice dispenser, microwave and washer dryer. TV’s with freeview, DVD, IPOD docking station, Wi-Fi, electric fire, electric panel heaters throughout, hair dryers, alarm clock.

We are ideally located for exploring Royal Deeside, famous for its Highland Games in the summer. There is a wide range of sporting activities available locally, including hill walking, mountain biking, skiing, horse riding, climbing and fishing. 9 golf courses and a driving range within 10-30 minutes’ drive. Attractions to visit include:
