Fraoch Cottage is a beautifully maintained Scottish croft, recently enhanced by the addition of a garden room that offers sweeping panoramic views, situated in the picturesque setting of Lochbuie on the Isle of Mull. Just 500 yards from the coastline, the area boasts stunning scenery and a wealth of wildlife, including deer, golden eagles, sea eagles, otters, seals, and dolphins.

Kitchen amenities include a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, toaster, separate grill, vacuum cleaner, cafetiere and food processor.

The sitting room is equipped with a TV, DVD player, CD player, radio, telephone and WiFi access.

The spacious garden room features a log-burning stove for cosy evenings.

Bedroom configuration consists of a king-size double and a single on the ground floor and another king-size double on the upper floor.

The ground floor bathroom is equipped with a large shower, heated towel rail, and hairdryer. Please note, linen and towels are not provided but can be hired. Dogs are welcome (up to two, at £10 per dog).

Outdoor features include a fenced garden, private parking for several vehicles, a patio, washing line and an outdoor tap.
