Situated within the heart of Manor Farm Lakes, our touring caravan site offers a tranquil haven for those seeking a peaceful retreat amidst nature's beauty. With ample space for 18 vans equipped with awnings and electric hookups, our fully grassed site ensures a comfortable stay for all guests.

Convenient amenities include tap water available from four standpipes, designated areas for emptying chemical toilets and a small toilet block providing facilities for ladies, gents and disabled guests, along with a shower for added convenience.

Each pitch accommodates either a caravan/motorhome plus a small tent or two small tents for up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Fishing enthusiasts will delight in our onsite 100-acre fishery, offering discounted Angling for caravan site occupants with separate bookings made via our website using concession code CARAVAN. Day visitors are welcome, with one permitted per booked adult, provided they vacate the site by 9 pm. Overnight visitor tickets are not permitted on our caravan site to maintain the peaceful ambiance for anglers.

Our fishery caters to a variety of angling experiences, including carp fishing, night fishing, fly fishing for carp, match and coarse angling, as well as predator spinning, lure and deadbait fishing during the winter months. The adjacent River Ivel offers additional fishing opportunities, boasting a healthy population of chub, pike and bream.
