OCHIL COTTAGE

This old barn has been recently converted into a 2 storey cottage and refurbished to the highest standards. The cottage sleeps 8 in total. It has a large living room with open fire and a spacious modern fitted kitchen/dining room with door to terrace and garden. There is a utility room and WC on the ground floor. On the first floor there are four bedrooms: two twin bedded rooms and two double (one of which can become a twin bedded room. Two bathrooms/WC, one with a bath/shower attachment and one with over bath shower.

BLASHIE COTTAGE

This single storey barn has also been recently converted and refurbished to similar high standards. The cottage sleeps 6 in total. The entrance hall leads into a Living Room with open fire. There is a fully fitted kitchen/dining room and utility room/boot room with door to the garden. There are 3 bedrooms: a double and 2 twins. One bathroom with bath and over shower and one shower room each with basins and WCs.

Arndean Cottages are situated 2 miles to the east of Dollar and 500 metres to the North of the village of Blairingone in the Ochil Valley. The Highlands, Loch Lomond, Edinburgh, and Glasgow are less than an hour away with Stirling and Perth only 30 minutes by car. The view from the cottages is stunning with views down the Ochil Valley to the Trossachs, 40 miles away.

THE BOTHY

Our recently refurbished ground-floor cottage sleeps up to 2 people and is based in a peaceful setting. The property comes with bright interiors and quality furnishings throughout. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and microwave. There is a utility room/boot room, and the living area has an open fire and a TV. A shower room/wet room comes with a shower, basin and WC. Outside there is a terrace/garden to unwind in.
