3 Fascination Court is a charming cottage style apartment based on the ground floor in a quiet street less than five minutes' gentle walk from the harbour beach, shops and restaurants of St Ives in Cornwall.

The self catering consists of a large sitting / dining room with feature fireplace, window seat, three-seater sofabed, easy chair, coffee table, dining table and four chairs. Flat screen digital TV/DVD, CD player and iPod dock, PlayStation3. There is a fully equipped kitchen with wood flooring. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and leads onto the courtyard. Bedroom 2 has bunkbeds. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and basin. The courtyard is private and leads to a parking space.

The beautiful fishing town of St Ives is the perfect place to take your holiday. Its five beaches, including Porthminster, Porthmeor and Carbis Bay which have Blue Flag status, are perfect for families and offer a range of water sports and boat trips. Clifftop and coastal path walks provide stunning scenery at any time of the year.

You can wander around the cobbled streets browsing the boutique craft and jewellery shops. There are also many art galleries and museums including the internationally recognised Tate Gallery, Barbara Hepworth Museum and the Leach Pottery Studio and Museum as well as smaller intimate galleries. The school of painting runs courses where you can improve your brush skills!
