Our stunning period property sleeps up to 14 people and is ideal for large groups looking for a memorable getaway. The 5 Star Visit England Gold Award property has a cosy and relaxing sitting room which enjoys glorious beach and sea views. There is a dark green leather suite consisting of a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa and armchair and a 28’’ digital TV with SKY Plus box, DVD player and digital radio with MP3 dock. Guests can also keep warm and toasty in front of the 2 sided log burning stove on chilly winter days.

The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped and comes with a range excellent facilities: granite worktops, double sink, 4 oven oil fired Aga, double electric built in oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and food processor. There is a utility room which includes a range of excellent appliances as well, including dedicated wet suit hanging to drain. Dining area has an elegant dining table which sits up to 14 people and a 2 seater leather sofa.

On the first floor is a second sitting room which has a dark blue leather suite consisting of 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa and 3 armchairs, balcony, 28’’ digital TV, Sky Plus magic eye control, DVD player and digital radio with MP3 dock. The first floor also has 3 en suite bedrooms: 2 superking doubles and a twin. The master bedroom has its own south west facing balcony. The second floor has 3 bedrooms: 1 superking double, 1 twin and a bunk room with two extra single beds. There is also a huge walk-in airing cupboard, bathroom and a separate shower room on this floor and a further shower room on the ground floor. All three double beds can be split into twin singles on request.

Outside you can relax and unwind on the new, single-level terrace with gorgeous sea views. There are also balcony chairs, built in BBQ, 2 designer patio tables sleeping 14 with Italian designer chairs for 16 and six sun loungers.

New Polzeath, which is actually the earliest settled part of the area, lies on the north side of Hayle Bay. It is dominated by a row of Edwardian villas on the top of the cliff, all built in 1907, of which Atlantic View is one. The typical beach village of Polzeath lies at the back of the bay and the settlement rises up the hill on the south side of the bay towards Trebetherick and Rock.
