All our cottages have been tastefully furnished and are set in 20 acres of beautiful countryside. You can admire glorious views throughout our farm.

Beech Cottage: Our lovely cottage sleeps up to 2 people in a lovely single storey building. It comes with an open plan kitchen/dining area. The living area comes with Freeview TV and a DVD player. French doors lead out to the private garden with has a sun patio and BBQ area. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs and includes a washer/dryer, oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer. The bedroom has a spacious double bed with en suite facilities.

Oak Cottage: This 18th Century barn conversion is perfect for a family, couples or friends. This cottage sleeps up to 4 people. Downstairs there is a double and twin bedroom. A cot can be provided on request. The bathroom contains a power shower, toilet and washbasin. Upstairs the living area is open plan and comes with Freeview TV and a DVD player. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with a washer/dryer, oven hob, microwave and fridge freezer. Outside is a patio/BBQ area and fenced garden. From here you can enjoy views towards the Eden Project.

Elm Cottage: Our 2 bed cottage sleeps up to 4 people and is wheelchair friendly. The cottage is single storey and offers level access throughout. Bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with king size bed and a further bunk room. There is a separate wet room with shower and bath. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The open plan dining and lounge areas enjoy an unspoilt view over fields and down the valley towards the Roseland Peninsula. Freeview television is provided in the living area and master bedroom.

Ash Cottage: This spacious cottage sleeps up to 6 people and enjoys panoramic views throughout. Downstairs there is a master bedroom which comes with en suite facilities and there is also a large bathroom with power shower. There are two further twin rooms. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen to meet all your needs. The dining and lounge areas boast views towards the Roseland Peninsula. Outside is a fenced garden with a patio and BBQ facilities. It's only a few steps out of the garden to the path leading to the New Forest walkway and picnic area.

Hawthorn Cottage: This large property sleeps up to 6 people in 3 spacious bedrooms. Downstairs the master room comes with en suite facilities and two further twins are also available. On the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer and microwave. The dining and lounge areas enjoy an unspoilt view over open fields and down the valley towards the Roseland Peninsula. Freeview television is provided in the living area, the master bedroom and one of the twin rooms.

Hazel Cottage: This purpose built disabled cottage is wheelchair friendly and comes with a large wet room and separate bathroom. There is also level access to the patio and BBQ area. Bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with wet room and separate toilet. There is also a bathroom equipped with power shower and bath. There are two further bedrooms: one double and one twin. The dining and lounge areas boast glorious views. A fully equipped kitchen will meet all your needs.

Willow Cottage: This purpose built disabled cottage is wheelchair friendly and has a large wet room & separate bathroom. The 3 bedroom cottage sleeps up to 6 people. The cottage is single storey and offers level access throughout. The living and dining area enjoy views towards the Roseland Peninsula. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The cottage has a master bedroom with wet room and separate toilet and washbasin. There is also a bathroom equipped with power shower and bath. There are two further bedrooms: one double and one twin. Outside is a private south facing garden with a BBQ.

All our cottages have access to stunning facilities: children’s fenced play area, boat/trailer storage and a cafe. The cafe serves homemade cream teas, cakes and ice creams. Fishing is also available in our well stocked pond.
