All of our newly refurbished bedrooms have a modern/traditional theme. On the ground floor is The Grey Room. It enjoys glorious views of the garden and a new shower room comes with underfloor heating. The 4 Poster Room is spacious and has a seating area with brown leather settee, soft cushions and flat screen TV. This room can be used as a twin or family room. The modern shower room has a Mira power shower, underfloor heating, mirror with LED lights and a towel warmer. The Pink Room is a large double with beautiful old beams. It enjoys far reaching views of the Lakeland Fells and landscape. The room has two leather arm chairs and a flat screen TV. This room is adjoined to a room with single beds, making it ideal for a family room. The shower room has marble tiles and a large oblong shower enclosure with Mira power shower and underfloor heating.

All the bedrooms have modern Sony radio alarms with iPod docking station. Both the 4 Poster and Pink Room have mini fridges.

You can relax in the elegant guest lounge. This have Sky TV, games, magazines, maps and interesting literature.

We offer the perfect start to the day with a delicious breakfast menu. You can enjoy a hearty traditional English breakfast or lighter choices. The owner is a qualified chef and is able to provide a truly excellent breakfast using locally sourced produce. This is achieved by using free range eggs and family run butchers.
