Our restored open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area offers oak beams including a gothic arched roof and modern chandeliers. Unwind in the living space that offers a wood burner, Freesat TV, DVD player, CD player and patio doors that open to the balcony.

A well-equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances: a double electric oven, electric hob, microwave, American fridge/freezer, bottle cooler, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a breakfast bar. The dining room has seating for 10 people.

In total, we have 5 bedrooms. On the first floor, we have 1 king en suite, 1 double en suite and 1 twin en suite. The second floor has 2 double en suites.

Outside we have a large garden with a patio and garden furniture for al fresco dining over a glass or two. A BBQ is provided.

We are in a great location for exploring the Peak District which offers guests the chance to see the rugged landscapes on the north and the gentle hills in the south. There are many lovely walks that are well worth doing during your stay. Attractions to visit include:
