Kethla House offers charming bed and breakfast accommodation in the South Devon town of Torquay. Our lovely Victorian guest house is an excellent base for those wishing to explore The English Riviera further.

Our wonderful guest house has an array of luxurious bedrooms available, all perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a day sightseeing. We offer a mixture of double, twin, family and superior king double rooms. Two ground-floor rooms are available for people with limited mobility.

All the rooms come with a range of excellent facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including smart TVs, fast WiFi connections, complementary tea and coffee facilities, and a fridge with a selection of refreshments (operated on an honesty basis). Luxury toiletries, a variety of little extras and sumptuous i400-thread cotton bedding is also provided.

Breakfast is the perfect way to start the day! So why not enjoy the treat of a freshly cooked full English breakfast along with fruit juice and a range of branded cereals, toast and preserves. We also have lighter alternatives for those with a smaller appetite and offer a range of teas such as fruit, herbal, Earl Grey as well as decaffeinated tea and coffee.

We have a small car park at the rear of the house (via Lucius Street) that can cater for three cars on a first come first served basis. There is plenty of free on road parking close by.

Situated on Belgrave Road, Kethla House is the perfect base from which to explore the area. On our doorstep, just a five-minute stroll from the house, you'll discover Torre Abbey Meadows and a wide range of activities, from crazy golf and pitch and putt to tennis and lawn bowls.

Across the road from here is Torre Abbey Sands; officially the best sand for building sand castles on the South Devon coast! Sink your toes into the soft rich red sand or go for a paddle in the crystal clear turquoise sea. If the sea is too cold for you don't worry, you can always go for a swim nearby in Waves Leisure Pool at the Riviera International Centre.
