Exmoor Coast Holidays offers accommodation at Caffyns Farm for those who don’t fancy shunning their home comforts while staying in gorgeous Exmoor.

We have two types of accommodation onsite. The ensuite double room B&B is situated at the refurbished end of a 500-year-old Exmoor farmhouse ensuring an authentic country living experience with some carefully placed modern luxuries. The chamber (accessible through its own private door) was once the farmyard diary and is complete with gorgeously exposed beams gifting it a wonderfully rustic ambience while the bathroom, drink making facilities and TV complement the atmosphere naturally.

Ample parking space is found immediately adjacent to the room while it also includes a private suntrap courtyard outside its entrance guaranteeing some tranquillity from busy rural life while staying here.

The second accommodation available is a family suite set on a plateau above the working farm. With the best views on the farm seen from its spacious garden our family apartment sleeps 6 with two double beds and one single located in three rooms. Two bathrooms & extensive washing facilities complement the suite alongside a roomy lounge area (with TV), kitchen & dining room incorporating a classical mahogany wood table.

Both accommodations are based a stone’s throw away from onsite bar/restaurant located within a converted Doomsday Book-old stone barn. From eating freshly made flavoursome food to drinking cider brewed from our 3000-tree strong farm apple orchard to even feasting with the goats via Devon's only Goat Cafe the hospitality contained within these old stones will not leave you disappointed.
