Wooladon House offers luxurious self-catering accommodation in Lifton, Devon. It is situated in the stunning Woodland Estate, which is on the Devon/Cornwall border,we are ideal location for an idyllic break away for visiting both the nearby coasts and moorland.

Our wonderful Georgian property is set in 214 acres of farmland and 205 acres of unspoilt woodland. The house is ideal for families or groups looking for somewhere unforgettable to stay. On the ground floor is a large drawing room which comes with comfy seating and log fire, Sky TV and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen will suit all your needs and comes with a breakfast area, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. The intimate dining room has a large long wooden table, log burner, and patio doors lead to the terrace.

There are two games rooms. One comes with a pool table, whilst the other has with a PlayStation and smart TV. There is also a table tennis table set up in the large garage! Relax in the sunny conservatory which leads out to the garden with sun loungers and the hot tub.

There are 7 beautifully furnished bedrooms. Five of which are en-suite with a separate family bathroom. Five of the bedrooms have wall mounted TV’s with Freeview. All the bedrooms are on the first floor. The first floor also has a reading room with a double sofa bed.

Outside there is a large garden leading to the lake. A great place to sit for an afternoon tipple! Relax in the hot tub enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside, whilst admiring the view. A BBQ is also provided.
