Duvale Priory in Bampton provides outstanding self catering accommodation in the stunning Exe Valley. Located near Tiverton in Devon, we are ideal for groups, corporate events or gatherings in a rural location.

Duvale Barn – Sleeps up to 42:

This truly spacious property is beautifully furnished and ideal for a large group looking for a peaceful location. A well-equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances including a Rayburn. A large front room includes a table which seats 42 people. A second lounge, two smaller lounges, pool table room and 3 smaller kitchens are also available. 16 bedrooms are available, including some with en suite facilities. The barn comes with its own garden, BBQ and picnic benches. A lovely place to socialise with a glass or two whilst the sun is shining. You can also soak away your troubles in the hot tub.

The Orchard Barn – Sleeps 29:

Our wonderful property sleeps up to 29 people in 10 bedrooms. The barn comes with 3 separate staircases and some bedrooms have en suite facilities. A Downstairs bedroom is suitable for people with disabilities. The house comes with a delightful open plan kitchen/dining area. Three cosy lounges are available.

Duvale Priory - Sleeps 26:

The house dates to 1086 and is still brimming with character whilst offering high-quality accommodation. This property comes with 8 bedrooms, including some with en suite facilities. A spacious farmhouse kitchen includes a range of appliances and you can unwind in the beautiful front room or smaller lounge. A pool table room and dining room are also available. Outside there is a delightful BBQ, seating and a large walled garden. This house is ideal for a special family break.

We have a wide range of facilities available including a function room which seats up to 130 people. Home-cooked dinner parties and bespoke catering packages are also available.
