49 Kittiwake offers fabulous self catering accommodation in Dartmouth, based in a glorious location. We are based in an elevated position and boast stunning views over the River Dart. Further afield you can visit lots of attractions in Devon.

We offer accommodation for up to 6 people and enjoy views over the estuary, Kingswear and out to the sea. The house comes with a range of facilities to suit all your needs.

The front door opens to an entrance hall with stairs to the main reception room below, the main bathroom and two bedrooms. The upper bedroom can also be reached via the stairs on this level. Bedrooms consist of a double en suite and a king room which offers views of the Dart Estuary. A family bathroom has a walk-in shower and a stand-alone bath.

On the upper loft, we have a newly converted double bedroom with pair of Velux balconies to unwind on.

The lower ground floor houses the open plan kitchen and dining area that comes with a range of appliances: a gas double oven, microwave, fridge, wine store and dishwasher. French doors lead to a decking area.

Outside we have a decking area with lots of seating areas to relax on, ideal for coffee in the morning sun. You can also unwind in the small garden area and a decking area comes with seating.

Whilst staying with us you can make the most of our fantastic location. In town, there are lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. Head to the Dartmouth Museum which offers a history of the town’s maritime past. You can visit Dartmouth Castle and enjoys the views from the summit. Attractions to visit include:

Kingswear Castle.

Royal Avenue Gardens.

Paignton Zoo Environmental Park.

Bayard's Cove Fort.

Woodlands Family Theme Park.
