Beautifully equipped; with fabulous facilities outside, including private hot tub, shared swimming pool and tennis court and with stunning, panoramic views across the fields to the coast (it is not surprising this part of the coast is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) The Annex is sure to delight its guests.

The two en suite bedrooms comprise: a twin or super king size double downstairs (can be arranged to suit) and a huge, king size double with two single beds upstairs is perfect for another couple or to use as a family room.

There is a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen/diner with all the modern facilities and appliances you would expect (and more!)and a delightful lounge with a cosy wood burning stove. Both the lounge and the kitchen/diner are a double aspect and have big glass doors onto the slate flagstone patio by the pool and the private 6 seater hot tub from which to watch the sun go down or simply to star gaze. A gas barbecue, seating area to eat alfresco and a beautiful sun lounger terrace by the swimming pool, protected from the sea breeze by glass panels are just outside the back door of The Annex. The panoramic view down to the sea beyond the swimming pool and tennis court will take your breath away.

To create a welcoming and memorable holiday home, Jacquie and Steve, the owners, aim to provide a truly personal service; they have really tried to think of little extras and thoughtful touches to help their guests' holiday run smoothly and to help make memories to treasure.

There are some disabled facilities available in The Annex. Although not wheelchair friendly, there is a downstairs bedroom and bathroom which may work for some guests with limited mobility - please enquire for exact details to see if the property may be suitable
