Tincleton Lodge & Rose Cottage are two self catering holiday cottages situated near Tincleton. The holiday cottages are set on a working farm in 600 acres and close to the County town of Dorchester in Dorset.

Tincleton Lodge - a luxurious self catering cottage - 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - suitable for up to 10 guests (max). Rose Cottage - beautifully refurbished self catering cottage - 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - suitable for up to 6 guests (max). Tincleton Lodge and Rose Cottage - link through each cottage - 8 bedrooms + 6 bathrooms - suitable for up to 16 guests (max)

Tincleton Lodge: The spacious living room has an old inglenook fireplace with a wood burner, original bread oven, digital TV and DVD player. The kitchen and open plan dining area is spacious and a perfect place to entertain and enjoy family gatherings. Upstairs the bedrooms compromise 2 double luxury en-suite rooms each with king size double beds and flat screen TV. Also 2 spacious character twin bedded rooms with flat screen TV and an additional bathroom with free-standing bath and walk in shower. Downstairs there is one luxury twin-bedded room with underfloor heating and an en suite wet/shower room.

Rose Cottage: Beautiful cottage with a well-equipped kitchen including an Everhot cooker which consists of 3 electric ovens. Appliances include an integrated dishwasher, American fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and 4 slice toaster. The sitting room comes with original features such as inglenook fireplace, wood burner, characteristic beams and doorways. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with en suite shower room, king size bed (vi-spring mattress) and a digital flat screen TV. A twin bedroom with single size beds (all vi-spring mattresses) and a flat screen digital TV. Separate bathroom with free-standing bath. On the second floor there is a characteristic attic room with twin beds, digital flat screen TV.
