Symondsbury Manor offers fantastic self catering accommodation Symondbury. Our beautiful Tudor house is set in 2.5 acres of grounds near Bridport, offering outstanding views of the surrounding hills and countryside from the walled garden. Further afield you can visit lots of attractions in Dorset.

We offer accommodation for up to 22 people in 11 bedrooms, sleeping in plump beds under white linen. Bedrooms consist of 7 doubles and 4 twins. 5 of the bedrooms have either freestanding baths, or ensuites with showers and/or lavatories and washbasins. There are 4 additional bathrooms.

Light streams into the huge open-plan living space where everyone can gather comfortably together to eat, drink and generally celebrate. Facilities include a smart TV with DVD player, wood burning fire and board games. There is a wood-panelled ballroom with a grand piano and a well-equipped country kitchen comes with a range of appliances including a 4-oven AGA.

Outside we have a terrace with a garden table, chairs and a BBQ for al fresco dining. You can enjoy the beautiful gardens, pond and hen house. Croquet and badminton sets are provided.

We are ideally placed for exploring the area. Travel just a mile and you meet the sea. Along this stretch of the Dorset Jurassic coast, there are spectacular walks along cliff tops and beaches, plus fossil hunting too. A mile in the other direction takes you to Bridport, famed for its street market of antiques, artisanal craft and local produce. Attractions to visit include:
