Situated on the A22 between Eastbourne and Uckfield, The Blacksmiths Arms at Halland has a lot to offer. This pub has a traditional bar, bed and breakfast facilities and an adjoining restaurant with a capacity for 50 diners, available for lunches, evening meals and private functions.

All of the bedrooms have been recently upgraded and renovated. All the rooms are en suite. We have 4 doubles and 2 twin/family tooms available. Rooms 4, 5, & 6 have both a double bed & also a single bed. These can be booked for an extra person at a cost of 15.00 per night Rooms 4 & 5 can also have a further extra bed giving them suitability for Family use. All rooms have flat screen TVs with Freeview,

Breakfast is served downstairs in the breakfast room. There is also an adjoining restaurant with a capacity for 50 diners, available for lunches, evening meals and private functions.

In our restaurant the menu incorporates firm favourites such as Fish & Chips, delicious "Blacksmith's" Bacon & Cheese Burgers, Hunter's Chicken, Rib-Eye Steaks (cooked to your liking), as well as daily specials which include, Homemade Chili con Carne, Soups of the Day & Curries. On Sundays, our traditional Roasts with seasonal vegetables & Yorkshire puddings are available from 12pm - 8pm. All produce is sourced locally.

We have a small children’s play area.

Halland is a small village on the A22 London to Eastbourne main road. The village is located on a cross road, what is now a roundabout, where the Heathfield to Lewes road crosses the A22. Halland has a few local village services, with one or two larger concerns, which rely on the A22 for business. The nearest shopping centre is at Uckfield about 6 miles to the north up the A22, together with the nearest train service to London. Larger shops can be found at Lewes, about 10 miles away.
