Rose Cottage:

Refurbished to a luxurious standard; memory foam mattresses, wall hung LCD TV, marble tiled bathroom with under floor heating to name a few of the upgrades.

Sleeps up to four people.

One double bedroom. One twin-bedded room.

Open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room.

Bathroom with freestanding bath and separate shower.

The area is great for walking with direct access to Birchden Wood, with the spectacular Harrisons Rocks, and half a mile up the road is Broadwater Warren, a RSPB reserve of some 450 acres.

The picturesque village of Groombridge is just half a mile away where you can travel back in time by taking the local steam train into Royal Tunbridge Wells.

The village has two country pubs, one overlooking the village cricket ground and one next to the popular Groombridge Place Gardens. For your shopping needs there is a village Post office, a general store and a superb village bakery.

Royal Tunbridge wells is only 4 miles away with the popular Victoria Shopping Centre and the historic Pantiles, the town’s famous colonnaded shopping street. The mainline railway station takes 50 minutes to London and 40 minutes to the south coast. Nearer still is Eridge Station, just 1 ½ miles away, with a regular service to London in an hour.
