The Cotswolds occupy the area between Stratford, Oxford, Bath and Gloucester the Cotswold Hills are a refreshingly English place.

The limestone has been used for hundreds of years as a building material. The honey-coloured stone is used widely across hundreds of square miles and gives the area its characteristic appearance. A warm welcome awaits you at Manor Close. We are a traditional Cotswold stone house situated on the High Street of Bourton-on-the-water, one of the most well known of all the Cotswold villages.

It is surrounded by a large pretty walled garden for guests to enjoy with outdoor seating provided, whether on a Summer's day or on a cool Summer's evening, guests delight in the ambient atmosphere. All our en suite rooms are tastefully finished, with all the necessities. We have a ground floor room available. In total there are 3 double rooms, all with Freeview TV. We serve a hearty full English Breakfast and a vegetarian alternative.

Bourton-on-the-water boasts a high number of tourist attractions such as The Model Village which is a perfect replica of the Village, Bird-Land, The Motor Museum and The Perfumery are amongst the many as well as pubs, shops, restaurants and the all-important Tea rooms, which all revolve around the village green where Cotswold Stone bridges span the River Windrush giving it the name Venice of The Cotswolds.
