Glan y Gors is a beautiful cottage which has been recently converted to offer high-quality accommodation. This spacious cottage sleeps 10 to 12 people and is the perfect place to stay for all the family.

The living room comes with comfy seating and an open fire, the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the local area. A well-equipped kitchen comes with a range of excellent appliances to suit all your needs.

Outside there is a large lawn and to the front of the property there is a picnic bench. A lovely place for a spot of al fresco dining whilst the sun is shining.

Dinorwig is famous for its Hydro Electric Power station which is built within the mountain. The nearest village shop, post office, fish and chip shop and pub which is about one mile down the hill in the next village of Deiniolen.

It is well situated for discovering the many attractions within Snowdonia. Some are on your doorstep like Llanberis, the village at the foot of Snowdon which is about 5 miles away by car and about 2 miles on foot (fairly steep hill). In Llanberis there are many attractions including the Snowdon Mountain Railway, Llanberis Lake Railway, the National Slate Museum and the Power of Wales exhibition. In addition there is boating and watersports on the lake as well as walks in the Padarn Country Park.
