Achaderry Estate offers superb self catering accommodation in Roy Bridge, nestled in a wonderful rural setting. We offer glorious views of the Nevis Range and are the perfect base for exploring Inverness-shire.

Our 5 properties are based on our estate which has an ancient woodland and is a Site of Special Scientific Interest. We are great for families and couples. Onsite activities include quad biking, fishing and archery.

Farmhouse

We offer accommodation for up to 5 people in this farmhouse. The property was built in 1859 and offers lots of charm and modern facilities. There are 4 bedrooms: 3 en suite rooms and a ground floor accessible bedroom including a mobility hoist. The first-floor bathroom has a large bath and the ground-floor accessible bathroom is suitable for people with mobility needs.

The living areas include an open log fire and a 40″ TV with Sky HD+ Sport and Movies. The well-equipped kitchen comes with an Aga. There is an indoor hot tub room which seats 6 people.

Eagle’s Ledge Cottage

Our cottage sleeps up to 6 people and is great for a family getaway. Bedrooms consist of 1 double bedroom and 2 twin rooms that share a family bathroom. The living room has patio doors that open to the garden.

A well-equipped kitchen comes with a microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, washing machine, and tumble dryer. There is a formal dining room. Outside the is a small, enclosed garden with a patio including outdoor furniture.

Buzzard’s Nest Cottage

This cottage sleeps up to 7 people in 4 bedrooms. There is 1 bathroom, a dining area, a large living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. Outside we have a small enclosed garden and the cottage enjoys mountain and countryside views.

Rowantree View

Our cottage sleeps up to 4 people and is ideal for a family or romantic holiday. The retreat has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. All bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a small dining area. You can unwind in the open-concept living area. Outside we have a small, enclosed garden to unwind in.

Robins Nest

This rustic cabin is great for a peaceful getaway on our estate. The cabin sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms. There is 1 bathroom and all towels and bed linen are supplied. There is an open-concept living area and a well-equipped kitchen. A small dining area is available. Outside we have a small enclosed garden to enjoy.

You can enjoy lots of activities whilst staying with us. The Nevis Range Mountain Experience offers skiing and snowboarding and locally pony trekking is available. Thrill seekers can enjoy white water rafting. Attractions to visit include:
