Cedar Villa Guest House is situated in the heart of the popular Highland city of Inverness. Our guest house is an excellent base for those wishing to explore Loch Ness Monster country as well as the beautiful county of Inverness-shire.

All of our guest rooms have tea & coffee making facilities and televisions with Freeview. We also have Wi-Fi. The rooms have a lovely warm and welcoming feel making them a cosy base to retire to after a day explore the area. You can choose from 6 rooms, including 1 single with a private room, 1 twin and 1 double which shared bathroom facilities, plus 3 family en suite rooms.

Breakfast is available from 7 – late. We offer full Scottish, vegetarian alternative or vegan alternative. If you have any special dietary requirements just give us notice and we will usually be able to accommodate you.

The guest house is within 5 minutes walking distance of Inverness city centre, where there is a wide choice of places to eat as well as live entertainment. Inverness is a fantastic place to base yourself for your holiday, whether you are following the whisky trail, walking, cycling, or looking for Nessie. Bed and breakfast at our guest house will give you the opportunity to explore the wilds of the Highlands and also enjoy a variety of options for your evening entertainment.

Loch Ness and our famous Nessie monster are only a 10 minute drive away. A trip around the loch would be a wonderful day out. Or you can experience it from the water with a cruise down Loch Ness that take in Urquhart Castle or via a coach trip.

Glen Affric and Glen Cannich offer the walker or driver some stunning scenery including mountains and waterfalls. It is the last stronghold of the Caledonian Forest. The Great Glen Way which runs for 60 miles Inverness and Fort William offers a wonderful challenge for walkers and cyclists alike.
