Kings Manor Farm offers charming self catering accommodation in Freshwater on the Isle of Wight. We are the perfect place to escape from there pressures of modern life.

We are situated directly on the beautiful Yar Estuary, between the pretty port of Yarmouth and Freshwater in West Wight.  This is an area of outstanding natural beauty and the family owners have preserved the estuary in its natural state for 40 years, treating the tidal area as a wildlife sanctuary and planting trees to encourage Red Squirrels.

Kings Lodge (sleeps 10): Our beautiful stone farm cottage has been renovated to the highest standards and comes with a spacious open sitting room and large farmhouse kitchen which includes an open fireplace. French windows lead to a delightful private courtyard. Four bedrooms are available, including two rooms with en suite facilities.

Kings Orchard (sleeps 12): This spacious property boasts glorious countryside views and comes with a spacious enclosed garden. Inside there is a lovely sitting room and well equipped kitchen. A double and bunkroom are on the ground floor, with 2 further bedrooms on the first floor.

Estuary Cottage (sleeps 4): Our ground level cottage is near to the river and comes with two bedrooms, both with en suite facilities. The living area is perfect for relaxing in and a well equipped kitchen comes with a breakfast bar.

The Old Farm Shop (sleeps 4): This ground level property is spacious and has a large king size en suite room. There is also a further small double bedroom with an en suite bath/shower room. There is a large open plan sitting room/kitchen to relax in.

Kings Hill (sleeps 12): The property comfortably sleeps 12 people in 6 en suite bedrooms and there are spectacular views from almost every window. There are 4 en suite bedrooms upstairs, one downstairs and a ground floor annex that contains the 6th bedroom and its own lounge and kitchenette. There is also an additional bathroom and cloakroom in the main area of the house.
