Well Cottage B&B is on the coast of south-east England at Rye and Hastings is only a short drive away, as is Royal Tunbridge Wells and Sissinghurst Gardens, with Bedgebury and Bewl Water both are a five-minute drive away.

There are 3 bedrooms available in the main house at Well Cottage. The first double room has en-suite facilities (shower toilet and washbasin).

The other double room has a bathroom share with the twin room (bath, shower, toilet and washbasin) just along the hallway. The third main house bedroom can have either one single or two single beds (making it a twin bedroom).

All guest rooms have a comfortable seating area with a TV - available channels include Freeview Satellite choices. There is free Wi-Fi internet access for guests at Well Cottage B&B. Other standard equipment in all bedrooms - radio, hairdryer and facilities for making hot drinks. In the garden, there is a heated swimming pool, where guests can enjoy a swim during the summer months.

Breakfast is served in the oak beamed Sun Room, overlooking the pretty garden views, and includes:

Local free-range eggs, sausages, bacon tomato and mushrooms

Kedgeree

Delicious bread or toast from the local bakery and a choice of freshly brewed teas and coffee

Guests at Well Cottage Bed and Breakfast are welcome to relax in the gardens, with surrounding woodland and countryside views to enjoy. Children are always welcome and both the garden pond and swimming pool are securely fenced. The resident family dog Roxy appreciates any attention from B&B guests!
