Orchard Close is situated in the quiet village of Sandilands this is an idyllic location for a get away type of self catering holiday. The larger village of Sutton on Sea is within walking distance and provides good old fashioned hospitality; alternately we are within easy reach of Mablethorpe, Skegness and the historic market town of Louth.

Upstairs the self catering accommodation comprises a main double bedded room, second bedroom with three beds, third single bedroom, bathroom with shower and a separate toilet

Downstairs the attractive lounge at this holiday cottage has an open fireplace, large refractory table, TV, DVD player and CD player. The kitchen and pantry are well equipped. Downstairs there is also a twin bedded en-suite bedroom, walk-in shower, basin and separate loo. An additional toilet is available.

A beach hut is available at an additional cost.

There is also a small glass fronted porch at this cottage which is an ideal place for a pre-dinner drink whilst watching the sun go down.

This detached self catering holiday home has enclosed gardens and is situated four minutes’ walk away from the promenade and the lovely beach. The village shop and Bistro cafe are within walking distance, as well as The National Trust Coastal Park, forming part of the UK coastal walkway which has a cafe and visitor centre (due to be finished in 2022). Our house is much sought after in a pretty seaside village.
