Our accommodation has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout, providing guests with rural retreats, that feel like a home away from home. Guests have a choice of 2 cottages; Hilltop Barn sleeps up to 6 and Hilltop Cottage sleeps up to 2.

Hilltop Barn – Set in a field of its own, this idyllic holiday home is perfect for families who want to escape the hustle and bustle of modern-day living. From the cottage, you can enjoy fantastic vistas across the valley and field views in all directions. Amenities and features include:

Kitchen/diner with traditional quarry tile floor and underfloor heating.

Beautiful loft conversion with exposed gable end beams.

Master bedroom with double bed.

Second room with twin bed.

Modern tiled shower room with a high-pressure water supply and a quadrant shower.

Outside is a private forecourt, with a table & chairs. There are no immediate neighbours, so you have complete privacy.

Hilltop Cottage – Perfect for a solo traveller or a couple, the cottage is perched on the hillside and offers a peaceful retreat for those looking to escape to the country. Amenities and features include:

Double bedroom. A child could be comfortably accommodated if required.

Panoramic views over the valley and you will sit snugly in the centre of a conservation area with an abundance of wildlife.

Open plan living space with lounge, kitchen and dining area.

Bathroom with bath over the shower.

Its sunny position enjoys the vista of the large garden of the adjacent farmhouse, but you can enjoy your own little corner garden with orchard.

Welbourn is a lovely Lincolnshire village and an ideal base for those who are looking to explore this fantastic part of England. The city of Lincoln is within comfortable driving distance and is home to a magnificent Medieval cathedral. You will also find a great range of shops, places to eat and drink as well as attractions that the whole family can enjoy.
