Brook House Farm Barn & Cottage offers group accommodation for up to 19 people and is situated in Scamblesby, near Louth in Lincolnshire.

The Barn - Sleeps 12. This is the ideal place for a get together, with spacious facilities and roomy indoor and outdoor spaces. There is a very large kitchen and dining area, large lounge with fabulous views across the paddocks, TV and DVD player. There is also a smaller upstairs lounge also with panoramic views.

There are five ensuite bedrooms and all the ensuites have showers. Two of which are downstairs wetrooms.

The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer and there is underfloor heating throughout the barn.

Outside there is a patio and open area with grass and hardstanding areas. Plus there are picnic tables and a BBQ.

The Cottage - Sleeps 4. With wooden floors and underfloor heating, this cottage is very comfortable and modern. There is a lounge with dining area, TV and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave.

There are two bedrooms - a king size double bedroom and a twin room. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower.

Outside the cottage has its own private area with a picnic table and BBQ.

All bedding and towels are provided in both the barn and cottage, plus we provide a kitchen pack and tea/coffee and treats on arrival.

There is plenty to see and do in the area, with something for all ages. We are in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and we are in a great location for exploring the area. We are three quarters of an hour from the coast. Places to visit nearby include:
