Werngochlyn Cottages offers superb self catering accommodation in Llantilio Pertholey, just 3 miles from Abergavenny. Our cottages are nestled on a small farm in the middle of scenic countryside in Monmouthshire, with the Skirrid Mountain offering a majestic backdrop.

Our four charming cottages offer everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The cottage sleeps between 4 – 6 people and are set around the farmyard. They have been beautifully converted from old stone farm buildings with stones wall and open beams. We truly are the ultimate rural retreat. All the cottages include cosy living areas, well-equipped kitchens, comfortable bedrooms and modern bathrooms.

Granary Cottage: This lovely cottage is one of the largest properties and comes with a double room and two twin rooms. The rooms share two bathrooms. Includes a log burner.

Dairy Cottage: Our fantastic cottage is located just off the drive and includes a double and twin room. Both rooms share a bathroom with a power shower over the bath.

Stable Cottage: This superb cottage enjoys delightful views over the communal lawn, home to our flock of free-range hens and their henhouse. Bedrooms consist of a double room and a room with 3 single beds. Both rooms share a bathroom with an electric power shower over the bath.

Cowshed Cottage: Our smallest cottage is approached via the slip road between the line of 3 cottages and the communal garden. A ramp to the front door makes is suitable for wheelchair access. Bedrooms consist of a double and bunk room. Both rooms share a bathroom with a power shower over the bath.

Onsite we have a range of brilliant facilities, including a heated indoor swimming pool with a hot tub, a games room, lots of seating dotted around, a BBQ and plenty of parking. We also have a Livery Yard, with lots of friendly horses and ponies to see.

While staying with us you can visit lots of great of attractions/activities in the area. An 18-hole golf course and driving range is only 1/2 miles away and scenic footpaths run directly from the farm, perfect for walkers. This part of the country is also great for cycling, climbing, pot-holing, hand-gliding, fishing, pony-trekking or even boating along the Newport-Brecon canal. Further attractions to visit include:
