The Dower House Touring Park in East Harling, Norwich in Norfolk, offers a luxurious glamping experience in superb bell tents. We are ideal for a relaxing and idyllic break away.

We offer a stunning glamping experience in a beautiful location. On the doorstep is a glorious forest with a mixture of pines, heathland and broad leaf managed by the Forestry Commission. You do not have to set up when you arrive, allowing to you relax and unwind upon arrival.

Our ten bell tents sleep up four people and include a range of excellent facilities:

Our campsite offers a range of excellent amenities. These include a well stocked shop for provisions, toys and gifts and an information centre; holding information on local attractions and onsite activities to help you make the most of your stay in Norfolk. The onsite pub, The Travellers Rest, has an adjoining TV/pool room and for those wishing to cool off or just make a splash we have an ever popular swimming pool. A children’s activity area with badminton/volley net is available. Home necessities include modern shower and toilet blocks, with a baby wash/changing room, a laundry room and a freezer for ice blocks.

St Georges distillery: St Georges is the only whiskey distillery in England and it’s on our doorstep.

Hall Farm Horse Sanctuary: A highly recommended riding school that offers you the chance to ride in the forest.

Middle Harling Riding School: A highly recommended riding school that offers you the chance to ride in the forest. Not only is it Norfolk’s largest aquatics accessory centre, but they have a truly amazing collection of fish and reptiles on display.

Snetterton Park Model Shop: This must be one of the largest model and toy shops in the country. It is truly huge.

Thetford Golf Club: Founded in 1912, Thetford Golf Club is set in the Forest amongst the pine, oak and birch trees.
