Hilltop is an exceptional holiday home sleeping up to 16 people, just a short stroll from the pristine sandy beach of Mundesley on the North Norfolk Coast.

The ground floor houses two spacious and comfortable sitting rooms, each equipped with comfy sofas and TVs, perfect for relaxing evenings. The dining room features a bespoke table and chairs that can seat up to 16 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater to all your needs. Adjacent to the kitchen is the 'Kids Den', a space where children can enjoy another Smart TV, bean bags and a variety of toys and games suitable for various ages. For added convenience, stairgates, two high chairs and child-friendly tableware are provided. There are two travel cots available, though guests are asked to bring their own cot linen.

On the first floor:

- CLEY: An en-suite double room with a king-sized bed and sea views.

- BLAKENEY: An en-suite family room with a king-sized bed (convertible to twin beds) and a set of 3ft bunk beds, offering views of both the sea and garden.

- SHERINGHAM: An en-suite double room with a king-sized bed and garden views.

- SALTHOUSE: A twin room with two 3ft beds, adjacent to a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.

On the second floor:

- MUNDESLEY: A double room with a king-sized bed and sea view.

- CROMER: A twin room with two 3ft beds, ideally suited for kids due to the limited ceiling height, though beloved by adults as well.

- OVERSTRAND: A double room with a king-sized bed and front views of the house.

The expansive property comfortably accommodates large groups or families, perfect for multi-generational gatherings. The 'Kid’s Den' and a large garden are designed to keep children entertained, providing adults a chance to unwind, perhaps enjoying the hot tub. They can also dine alfresco using the BBQ and ourdoor dining area.

A private chef can be arranged if required, for an extra cost.
