We are in a great location for exploring Yarmouth and not far from Norwich.

Each property is beautifully furnished and comes with a wonderful outdoor dining area, perfect for al fresco dining over a few glasses of wine. Beachside House: Our spacious, exclusive seaside holiday home on the stunning Norfolk coast includes unbeatable sea views, a private beachside garden and private indoor hot tub. In total, there are 4 bedrooms: a king room, two doubles and a fourth bedroom with a 4ft bed with 3ft single over. The luxurious property includes a modern kitchen, large lounge, dining room and two bathrooms. You even have a delightful decking area to relax on and admire the view.

Pine Lodge – Our cosy log cabin sits on the peaceful Norfolk coast, overlooking the sea. The lodge is finished in stunning solid pine and includes a double, bunk and single room. The kitchen is well-equipped and you can relax in the cosy lounge. There is a modern shower unit and outside there is a lovely decking area with garden furniture.

Barton Chalet – Impressive and well appointed, our contemporary Barton chalet offers sea views and is perfect for a romantic getaway. The stylish chalet has a king bedroom and modern shower room. You can unwind in the cosy lounge/diner and the kitchen comes with everything you need for cooking up some home-cooked delights. Outside there is a patio table and chairs, great for al fresco dining whilst enjoying the views.

Hickling Chalet - Our bright and modern chalet enjoys sea views and includes a double and bunk room. Both rooms share a shower room. There is a relaxing lounge/diner and a fully equipped kitchen to suit all your needs. Outside there is a patio area with garden furniture which overlooks the sea.

Great Yarmouth is full of holiday surprises and contrasts, as the area not only includes Great Yarmouth`s traditional seaside town, but twenty one villages set in beautiful coastal and rural surroundings, alongside the tranquillity of the national park of The Norfolk broads. Not forgetting Great Yarmouth & Norfolk has some of the best weather and beaches in the country, with excellent results for this coast in bathing water quality.

California village is just a few minutes walk away and has a nice pub, the California Tavern, serving food and providing live entertainment, along with a swimming pool, fish and chip shop and lovely Chinese take-away during the season.
