The holiday home sleeps up to 10 people in 3 separate buildings: 6 in the main house, 2 in The Pod (annexe) and a further 2 in the self contained boat house. With amazing views over Norfolk marshland, we will prove to be a memorable holiday destination.

Main House: 1 super king, 2 twins (4 singles) – sleeps 6. There is a spacious lounge which enjoys panoramic views of the river and has patio doors leading to a decked area with garden furniture and a garden. The living area also has a TV, DVD and PlayStation 2. The property boasts a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and wine/beverage cooler, electric cooker, hob and fridge.

The Pod: 1 double en suite – sleeps 2.

The Boathouse: 1 double en suite & kitchenette – sleeps 2. The holiday home has a kitchenette with 2 ring hob and sink.

All TV’s have freeview. Bed linen and towels are also included. There is parking for 3 cars.

River fishing is available from the garden in season. A fishing license is required.
