Sunset House is on the edge of East Harling near Norwich in Norfolk. We provide guests with friendly, relaxing and welcoming guest accommodation in a beautifully decorated and furnished designer home. There are stunning panoramic views from inside and outside the property of the surrounding countryside, landscaped garden and large patio.

All of the guest rooms are comfortable, bright, modern and well appointed with their own en suite shower facilities and all the amenities to make your stay a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We have 3 suites available, each of which includes a 22 inch flat screen modern TV’s, Wi-Fi access and quality beverage making facilities. Parking is available for guests in our spacious double garage which is ideal for storing your classic open top sports car, motorcycle or mountain bike.

Sahara Suite:

A well appointed, bright and comfortable guest room that has a double bed and dual aspect views overlooking the pleasant garden and countryside. There is an impressive and well equipped walk in shower en suite bathroom.

Monaco Suite:

Our king size guest room which bedroom benefits from dual aspect views overlooking the pleasant landscaped gardens and countryside. It is situated on the same level as the breakfast room and raised patio areas; it means that once settled in you have very few steps to negotiate during your stay. This guest room also has an impressive en suite.

Venice Suite:

A large, stylish and comfortable double bedroom that is located on the lower ground floor and benefits from being bright and airy with low level views over the main gardens from both bedroom and bathroom windows. It has an impressive and well equipped en suite with walk in shower facility. Being partly below ground means it feels warm and cosy in winter and lovely and cool during the heat of summer. The Venice Suite is spacious enough to include both a double and single bed. There is space for a travel cot, thus making it suitable for booking as a twin room or family room.

Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 9.30am, but earlier starts can be arranged for early bird people or those who have pressing morning agendas. Our cooked breakfasts are freshly prepared each morning using locally sourced ingredients includes anything from a continental style breakfast through to a full cooked English breakfast. A range of juices, toast, and filtered coffee or a selection of tea’s are available with all breakfast choices. Depending on the weather you can choose to have your breakfast in the light and bright dining room or on the terrace patio so you can enjoy the countryside views.

We invite all guests who are staying with us to make the best use of the facilities we offer which includes a relaxing garden with tranquil vistas and outdoor dining areas, a comfortable and relaxing loft lounge from which to relax and take in the elevated views of the surrounding countryside, an infrared Sauna, a home gym, a separate large screen TV lounge and even extends to the loan of 2 mountain bikes for exploring the local area by bicycle.

There are many trails for walkers and cyclists that start from the front door of our guest house. You can be sure of seeing some fantastic country views on your journey and for those of you who enjoy painting or photography this will be a haven for you.
