The complex consists of 11 highly individual self catering holiday cottages and has the unique appeal of being a short walk from the town centre, whilst at the same time retaining the tranquillity and peacefulness of the countryside. Pickering itself is right on the doorstep of the Yorkshire Moors and is a short drive from the Roman City of York and the beautiful port towns of Whitby and Scarborough.

Hungate self catering holiday cottages are ideally located close enough to the centre of town to have the full range of local amenities within walking distance whilst still being in a quiet enough area to retain the countryside feel. Likewise, the town of Pickering is situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Moors but close enough to the East Coast to offer a huge range of activities and days out all within easy travelling distance. North Yorkshire is a wonderful holiday destination and will endear the whole family.
