Mulgrave Estate Holiday Cottages offers luxurious self catering accommodation in an array of fabulous properties in the scenic, exclusive Valley at Sandsend. We are only 3 miles north of the historic fishing town of Whitby and perfect for an idyllic holiday in North Yorkshire.

You can choose from a range of stunning properties, with all offering a unique charm and modern luxuries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All the properties are elegantly furnished and come with modern kitchens, cosy living areas with Netflix TV, quality bathrooms, beautiful bedrooms, parking and private gardens for al fresco dining when the sun is shining.

Some properties come with toasty wood burners or log fires for the chillier months. One of our cottages even has its very own cinema room and 2 cottages have wonderful hot tubs, perfect for relaxing in with a glass of bubbly. Hot tubs will also be available in some of our other properties in the near future.

While staying with us you can visit Mulgrave Woods (open to the public Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday to guests on the estate). You can also visit Whitby, a lovely family resort that offers sandy beaches, beach cafes, a general store and restaurants serving good, locally produced food. You can take a nostalgic trip on the North York Moors Steam Railway which runs from Whitby to Pickering. Further attractions to visit include:
