Heath Farm Cottages offers luxurious self catering holiday cottages just outside of Swerford near Chipping Norton. Set within the gorgeous Cotswolds, these lovingly converted farm buildings are set round a stunning paved courtyard that has its own water garden and adjoins the owners' house. Our award-winning cottages have been finished to the highest standards to offer glorious accommodation in a unique setting.

All of our cottages offer everything you need for a magical holiday in a stunning location. Nestled in an idyllic countryside setting, they provide the ultimate country retreat. Our 5 cottages all boast fabulous features, including exposed walls, oak beams, terracotta/slate floors and open fires to stay toasty in the winter months. Each cottage includes sumptuous facilities, such as bespoke furniture and ironing fittings, well-equipped kitchens (including coffee machines and complimentary eco-friendly pods), comfy bedrooms with sumptuous beds, cosy living areas with a TV/DVD player, W-Fi and a DAB Roberts radio. The cottages all offer delightful views of the courtyard to complete your wonderful experience.

While staying with us you are welcome to make the most of our wonderful facilities. Wander around 70 acres of private woodland and flower Meadow, or unwind in the beautiful courtyard with elegant terraces, perfect for a glass of wine whilst listing to the sound of running water and birdsong. A small lake at the foot of the hill is great for wild water swimming, boating and rainbow trout fishing (although most guests just like feeding them!). Have lots of fun in our indoor games room equipped with games, pool table, tennis table, table football, musical & fitness equipment. On dry days enjoy an array of outdoor activities on the game’s lawn including croquet.

Beechnut: This gorgeous cottage is brimming with charm and character and offers an array of fantastic touches, including a bedroom with stone mullioned arched windows which takes advantage of the picturesque views. A unique medieval-styled arched door and stone passageway opens onto a modern shower room, whilst the whitewashed walls and terracotta floor in the living area offers a Spanish atmosphere.

Chestnut: Our outstanding ground level barn is step free and boasts a private garden with a sunken hot tub to soak your troubles away. Outside you can also gather around the chiminea to stay warm on a chilly night while stargazing. Chestnut has in interconnecting door to Cobnut cottage so that they can be combined to accommodate 6, with a quirky Narnia inspired wardrobe which allows you to walk between the cottages. The cottage is great for a romantic getaway, offering a truly luxurious experience. Superb features include a lovely open fire, African slate floor, oak-frame French windows and an en suite bedroom which has a window seat which offer valley views.

Hazelnut: This charming cottage comes with a custom-built kitchen for cooking up a storm. The main living room is perfect for relaxing in after a day sightseeing and comes with a comfortable sofa, opulent rugs and a roaring open fire. The high-pitched ceilings, warm terracotta floor tiles and exposed beams offer a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere.

Walnut: Based on the top floor of the converted barn, this wonderful property enjoys lots of natural sun in the living area through the ancient oak windows which overlook the courtyard. A focal point of the property is the elegant stone fireplace which reaches high up to the pitched ceiling of the sleeping gallery. A large bedroom is perfect for a restful night’s sleeps and there is a separate shower as well. A private garden comes with a hot tub for soaking you muscles in whilst enjoying a glass of bubbly and admiring the stunning views. Enjoy relaxing in front of the chiminea in the winter months.

Cobnut: This superb cottage has an interconnecting door to Chestnut cottage to sleep 6, perfect for a family or group getaway. A delightful Narnia inspired wardrobe allows you to walk between the cottages. The cottage has been finished to a high specification to create a truly lavish experience. A gorgeous entrance veranda leads to the relaxing living area which has an open fire and sofa. The windows take advantage of the amazing vista across the valley and courtyard. The dining area is great for enjoying some home-cooked delights around and has a large refectory table which seats 8. A wonderful shower room has Venetian marble tiling and oak panelling, while the rear bedroom offers superb views across the pond and valley.
