Celtic Haven is a beautiful holiday cottage resort on the stunning Pembrokeshire cliff-tops above Tenby at Lydstep. Alongside excellent access to the Pembrokeshire coastline via Lydstep Haven Beach, Celtic Haven Resort has everything you need to create your ideal holiday!

Our charming cottages are believed to date back to the 12th century and are set around the original estate courtyard. Everyone is welcome, so whether you are a solo traveller and canine companion, couple, friends or family, we are sure you will find accommodation to suit you. We have the following properties available on site:

The Hayloft: Perfect for couples looking for a romantic holiday. It is an impressive limestone house that has a stylish finish.

The Corn Store: Sleeps 2 and is the only property on site that offers a conservatory dining room, allowing you to enjoy the night sky whilst having your evening meal.

Caddy’s Cottage, Gardener’s Cottage & Greenkeeper’s Cottage: These 3 holiday homes are all dog friendly and sleep 2 people in each property. These modern suites have an open plan living space and enjoy stunning views across the golf course towards picturesque headland.

The Parlour: A quaint, ground floor apartment sleeping 2 people. This is a dog friendly cottage and was part of the old staff quarters when Celtic Haven was a busy country estate.

Kittiwake Cottage: Sleeping up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms, this cosy cottage is close to our tennis courts and just a short stroll to all amenities. It is all on one level making it ideal for the whole family.

Flemish Cottage: A small cluster of whitewashed stone cottages, all of which have a cosy, homely feel. Flemish.

Bosun’s Cabin: Close to our tennis courts and a short stroll from our amenities, Bosun’s Cabin is a lovely holiday home for 4 people. It is all on the ground floor, making it ideal for guests of all ages and mobility.

Tackrooms: One of our pet friendly properties, this cottage sleeps up to 4 people and was once the original saddling room of Atrato, Lord St David’s Grand National winning racehorse.

Bridleways: This pretty lodge sleeps 4 and is pet friendly. Close to the entrance of Celtic Haven, it is close to the village and its amenities.

Cranberry Cottage: Sleeps up to 4 people and is full of charm and character. You’ll find yourself close to all the facilities and just a few paces from the wonderful headland outlook!

Dovecotes: The original residents of this cottage were doves and house martins. It has been lovingly renovated, providing delightful accommodation that looks onto the charming 12th-century courtyard. Conveniently located for all facilities. Sleeps up to 4 people. Pets are welcome.

Servant’s Quarters:Situated in our charming 12th Century courtyard and accessed by stone steps, Servant’s Quarters offers accommodation for up to four people and a lovely outlook over the golf course towards the Pembrokeshire headland. Sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms.

The Old Forge: This beautiful detached cottage stands where the blacksmiths of years ago would shoe not only the working Shire horses but also the racehorses of Lord St David’s stable. With its own private veranda off the living area, The Old Forge enjoys views across the golf course towards the Pembrokeshire coast. Sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. Pets are welcome.

The Bakery: Some people insist they can still detect the delicious aroma of freshly baked bread in this popular detached cottage. It was once the village bakery and now offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms.

Gatekeeper’s Cottage: Sleeping up to 5 people, this pretty cottage occupies a popular position where the mariners’ houses stood when Lydstep limestone was shipped to Devon and Cornwall.

Oyster Catchers: A firm favourite with guests because of its location on site. It is close to the tennis courts and facilities, as well as being all on one level making it suitable for the whole family. Sleeps 5 people in 2 rooms.

Watch Cottage: Sleeping up to 5 people in 2 bedrooms, this pretty holiday cottage is a popular choice in the spring and summer months. Its private, south facing garden is perfect for families.

St David’s Lodge: This popular holiday cottage is named after Lord St David who owned the land hundreds of years ago. It is one of the oldest properties and is a cosy holiday home for 6 people. Pets welcome.

Goose Cottage: When the prize geese were being fattened for the Lord of the Manor’s table they lived happily in this lovely old stone building! Now, this charming cottage is a popular choice with families and groups offering headland views as soon as you step out of the back door.

Boot Cottage: Set around the 12th-century courtyard and once home to jockeys and their equipment. Inside you will find vaulted ceilings, whilst outside there are spectacular headland views as soon as you step out of the back door. Sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, pets are welcome.

Puffin Cottage: This spacious two-storey cottage is a favourite with families and you’ll find it conveniently located for the tennis courts and putting green. Puffin Cottage’s private, south-facing garden makes it an especially popular choice in the spring and summer months!

Captain’s Lodge & Caldey View : This pair of two-storey houses are conveniently located for all the facilities. Caldey View enjoys a private garden surrounding three sides of the house and has a fantastic view of Caldey Island. Great for a self-catering holiday in Pembrokeshire. Both cottages sleep up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, pets welcome.

Dolphin Cottage: Conveniently located for all the facilities. It sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and also enjoys the added bonus of a private garden to the rear. Great for a fun family holiday in Tenby!

Atrato’s Stable: Atrato was Lord St David’s Grand National winning horse and this very unique cottage was converted from his stable and loose box. It gives instant access to the golf course and the quiet rural walk around the village.

Headland’s House: One of our larger cottages, this lovely detached house overlooks the picturesque Pembrokeshire headland. It has its own private garden and lovely views. Sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms.

Bravehearts: This beautiful cottage is set around our 12th-century courtyard, provide fabulous and charming accommodation for up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms. It is a great place for two families or larger groups.

The Manor House: One of our larger properties, sleeping up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms. Bursting with character and full of history, this beautiful farmhouse still has the old flagstone floor and the Flemish chimney dates back to the 10th century. Outside is a private garden. Pets welcome.

Guests are welcome to enjoy our on-site facilities, which are also open to club members. With its on-site Elemis Premier Spa, Waves Restaurant, headlands golf course, swimming pool and leisure facilities, you’ll have plenty of exciting activities to choose from – enabling you to tailor your Pembrokeshire getaway to whatever suits you. 2019 also brings with it some exciting news for Celtic Haven Resort, with it officially partnering up with the team at its sister resort Lydstep Beach Holiday Park to deliver a variety of additional services including entertainment at their Manor House and the opportunity to get seabound with their excellent Marine Facilities!
