Details

Nolton Haven Cottages in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire are perfectly positioned at the heart of St Brides Bay, forming a private cluster of self-catering holiday cottages set right on the beachfront. With direct access to the sandy beach and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, this unique coastal setting provides an ideal escape for couples, families and groups seeking a relaxing seaside break.

Originally built in the late 1800s as a milking parlour using local stone, the cottages have been thoughtfully and lovingly converted into deceptively spacious holiday homes that retain their traditional charm. Character features such as exposed beams and open vaulted ceilings blend beautifully with modern comforts, while the open-plan layouts create a cosy yet well-appointed living space designed for contemporary self-catering holidays.

Many of the cottages feature galleried upstairs bedrooms accessed via handcrafted staircases and most lounge and bedroom windows enjoy stunning sea views. From this exceptional location, guests can take in some of the finest coastal scenery along the Pembrokeshire Coast, making Nolton Haven Cottages a truly memorable place to stay.

Just moments from your doorstep, you can wander along the sandy beach, walk the dog, explore rock pools or head to the local pub for a refreshing drink, while ample on-site parking ensures convenient space for both cars and boats.

The surrounding coastline forms part of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty renowned for its dramatic cliffs, unspoilt beaches and diverse wildlife. The famous 186-mile Pembrokeshire Coast Path passes through the haven, offering spectacular walking opportunities alongside safe beaches ideal for swimming, surfing, boating and fishing. Visitors can explore the nearby Preseli Hills, discover the scenic Cleddau Estuary, browse traditional woollen mills, craft shops and potteries, or take a memorable boat trip from Martins Haven to Skomer Island, famous for its seabird colonies. This is a destination defined by peace and natural charm rather than busy resort crowds, attracting those who appreciate stunning scenery and tranquillity, many of whom return year after year.
