Kinnaird Self Catering Cottages offers superb self catering accommodation located on Kinnaird Estate near the small town of Dunkeld in Perthshire. We offer 8 self catering cottages in total all offering their own unique style and character.

Castle Peroch sleeps 4/5 people and boasts stunning views down the Tay Valley. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, a well equipped kitchen and a cosy lounge/dining area.

Craignuisq Farmhouse sleeps 4/5 people and also boasts truly stunning views. The farmhouse spreads over two floors with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom located on the second floor. There is also a galley kitchen, large dining room and cosy lounge.

Jock Scott Cottage sleeps up to two people and is located on all one level. There is a beautiful double bedroom with en suite wet room, large kitchen with dining table and a spacious lounge.

Keepers Cottage sleeps up to four people and spreads over two levels. There are two double en suite bedrooms that can be used as twin rooms or double rooms. There is a kitchen, dining room and a spacious lounge.

Heron Cottage sleeps up to 4 people and has been beautifully restored to offer high quality accommodation. Inside you will find a double en suite bedroom and a second double en suite with a free standing bath and separate shower. The lovely open plan kitchen/living area comes with a toasty wood burner.

Osprey Cottage sleeps up to 2 people in a double en suite bedroom which enjoys glorious river views. The cosy open plan kitchen/living room comes with a wood burning stove and smart TV. A separate WC is also available.

Brandoch Lodge is great for families or groups and sleeps up to 8 people in 4 double en suite bedrooms. You can unwind in the lounge which comes with a log burner and smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances to suit all your needs. Outside there is a delightful decking area with furniture and a gas BBQ.

Kingfisher Cottage sleeps up to 2 people in a double bedroom with en suite including free standing bath. With glorious river views, the cosy open plan kitchen/living room comes with a wood burning stove and smart TV. A separate downstairs WC is also available.

All of the self catering cottages have a well equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, cutlery, crockery, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The living areas all have comfortable seating, a TV and a cosy open fire or wood burner.

The holiday cottages are set on the Kinnaird Estate where there are great facilities including fishing, shooting, walking cycling with golf and horse riding nearby.

There are many great castles in the area that guests can visit including Blair Castle and Glamis Castle. Guests can also visit one of the local distilleries where you can see how the whisky is made and try some of the final product.
