The Hay Barn - Sleeps 3

The barn comes with everything you need for a tranquil country escape. Inside there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen and living area with natural brick walls and a warm farmhouse feel. Upstairs the spacious bedroom has a double bed and seating area with a flat screen TV, plus a dressing room that can double as a child's bedroom and an en suite bathroom.

The Lamb - Sleeps 2

The Lamb offers a unique feel and is luxuriously furnished throughout. Inside is a large bedroom with views looking north and south and an en suite bathroom. Downstairs there is a spacious living and kitchen area with original flagstone floors, an open fire, flat screen TV. Outside there is a cottage garden with BBQ facilities and a seating area, great for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun.

Our Victorian cottage is great for a family or group looking for somewhere special to stay. It has two modern bathrooms, three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. (One double bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor), plus high-quality mattresses and linens for a peaceful night's sleep. Cook up a storm in the well equipped kitchen which has a four oven Aga, a sunroom and huge living room with a large flat screen TV, An open fire in the sitting room completes the authentic rural experience. Outside is a garden BBQ facilities and seating, offering a great spot for a glass or two whilst savouring the setting.

The multi award winning Pennard Hill Farm occupies a stunning position on the summit of the southernmost ridge of the Mendip Hills. The views are magnificent, taking in Glastonbury Tor, the Somerset Levels and the Mendip Hills. The 80 acre estate is a small working farm with grazing for our rare breed Exmoor Horn sheep, dairy cattle, pigs and horses. There is a pond with a family of Indian Runner ducks and the woodland is host to a variety of wildlife including deer. You can frequently see large birds of prey circling on the thermals high over the farm.
