Avondale Riverside Apartment offers self catering accommodation situated in the village of Batheaston near Bath, Somerset. The accommodation stands in its own grounds and offers excellent amenity value from its south facing garden. Extensive views can be enjoyed out over the adjacent River Avon with its wildlife and meadows against the backdrop of Georgian Bath.

The coach house dates from around 1600, it would have been used by traffic on route to London via the A4, horse driven traffic that is. Much of the charm and character remains from those times with exposed oak beams and Bath Stone walls, the old stagecoach bays are still in place under the apartment.

The lower floor comprises of a large chefs kitchen with range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal unit and washing machine. The large dining room can comfortably seat 8 has direct access to the balcony, a perfect place for evening drinks. The lounge has two sofas plus extra tub chairs, widescreen TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi. Wi-Fi is also available upon request.

A queen sized room, twin, double and a twin with additional Z beds are available.

We have a Hot Spring Tiger spa in the courtyard, this is available as an optional extra to our guests to use and is very relaxing after a hard day out on the tourist routes, we even provide a towelling robe. We also have a hot tub available for our guests.

For those who want to be catered for or just spoil themselves, we can arrange for catering of the highest standard to come in and prep food for you're a party. There are also several good local pubs as well as the Village fish and chip shop & convenience store.
