Field Cottage in Sudbourne offers wonderful self catering accommodation, set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We are perfect for an idyllic getaway in Suffolk.

Our charming cottage is reached via a private loose surface track overlooking fields and the forest, great for a secluded break. The cottage is great for a family or group holiday.

Our tastefully furnished cottage comes with a spacious sitting room with comfy seating, a flat-screen TV with FreeSat and a Blu-Ray/DVD player and a toasty wood burner for those chilly days. Cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with a range of appliances: dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven/grill and toaster. Enjoy some delicious meals around the dining table. A utility room is also available.

On the first floor are 3 attractive bedrooms: 1 double and a shower, 1 twin, 1 double and 1 single. The rooms enjoy field or paddock views. The family bathroom has a wash basin, W.C and bath with shower fitted over.

Onsite we have two purpose-built stables available, perfect for a horse friendly holiday. The area has lots of scenic trails to enjoy.

We are in a brilliant location for exploring the area, adjacent to Tunstall Forest, great for cyclists, walkers and equestrians. Orford is just 2 miles and home to general stores, butcher, Post Office, pubs and the famous fish restaurant. Sailing is also available locally. Great attractions to visit include:
