Brunswick Apartment offers wonderful self catering accommodation situated in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. Our superb flat is just 1 mile from the town centre, making us the perfect base from which to explore the local area.
Our self catering flat is all on one level and comprises of a sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and two double bedrooms. There is also a comfortably furnished sitting room which faces the front of the building. It is bright and airy with a large double glazed window, privacy is provided by Venetian blinds. We also have a fully equipped kitchen which comes complete with washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker and microwave. The kitchen is spacious and faced to the front of the building. The flat is centrally heated by gas and extra comfort and warmth can be gained by use of the gas fire.
The flat includes a range of excellent facilities: TV with VCR, DVD player with an assortment of videos, Hi-fi system with radio, cassette and CD playing capabilities. A microwave, automatic washing machine, fridge and freezer are also included.
The property benefits from having a well maintained garden to relax and unwind in.

Leamington Spa is a pleasant town set in beautiful parks and gardens, divided by the river Leam. The town owes its Spa status to the reputed health benefits of its famous waters. A museum situated in the town’s famous Pump Rooms traces Leamington’s history and details significant events such as the world’s first ever game of Lawn Tennis. Leamington has an eclectic mix of local shops and businesses alongside nationally known chains. Those visitors who enjoy walking will be spoiled for choice when venturing into Newbold Comyn where many paths meander alongside the river or beside the golf course and on into the bird sanctuary.
Stratford-upon-Avon is famous worldwide for its association with William Shakespeare and is a very attractive town; it is a mere 20 minute drive away.
