The Grove Arms is a delightful 16th Century Grade II Listed country inn nestled in the beautiful village of Ludwell. We are based between Shaftesbury and the historic city of Salisbury in a lovely area of Wiltshire.

We are a great place to visit for a drink or two with friends and family. We are open Monday – Sunday 12.00 pm to 23.00pm.

A range of delicious dishes are available to suit all tastes. On Sundays, we serve a hearty roast from 12.00 p.m. – to 3.00 p.m. We also offer fish and chips with peas and tartar sauce on Fridays from 12:00 p.m. – to 3.00 p.m.

We host weekly quiz nights on Tuesdays from 8 p.m.

You can visit the nearby town of Shaftesbury whilst visiting us. The town has lots of small specialist shops and the award-winning Abbey Museum & Gardens. Lots of walking and cycling routes can be enjoyed, including ones through Blackmore Vale and Cranborne Chase. Head to Salisbury and see its famous cathedral. Attractions to visit include:

Gold Hill Museum.

Longleat.

Old Wardour Castle.

Fontmell and Melbury Downs.

Old Sarum.
