Innisfree Cottage is ideally situated for those visitors wishing to tour the Derbyshire Peak District due to its central location in the village of Eyam. The most famous landmarks in the area such as Chatsworth House, Bakewell, Castleton Caves and Haddon Hall are all easily accessible and the market town of Chesterfield with the famous crooked spire is only a 20 minute drive away. Numerous local walks are accessible from the village providing a varied range of easy, moderate and slightly more challenging terrain. The River Derwent is within walking distance as it meanders through the nearby villages of Calver, Curbar and Baslow.

All the rooms are en suite, decorated and furnished to a high standard, with T.V, hospitality trays and towels provided as standard. We have 1 double room and 1 twin bedroom. The twin room has a walk in shower and a separate toilet and washbasin and is very spacious for a twin room. The double room overlooks the garden and the river. It is a very light, cosy room with separate bath en suite facilities.

The Manor House Luxury Bed & Breakfast is located in Brassington near Matlock in Derbyshire. Our Grade II listed Georgian building has many of it's original features. It's a great base for exploring the beautiful Peak District National Park.
The bed and breakfast has a very large first guest bedroom with beams, comfy chairs and sofa with a large French bed. The en suite is just as big with a vintage roll top bath (and shower). Our second guest bedroom has a French feel with a vintage French bed and linens and an en suite with wooden panelling (bath and shower). We also have a third double guest bedroom with en suite which has been superbly decorated and furnished to the highest of standards.
