Broomhill Farm Camping & Caravanning is located on a working farm in the Derbyshire village of Brackenfield near Alfreton. Our camping and caravanning site is 2 acres of gently sloping land and is a family friendly campsite.
There are 10 tent pitches and 5 caravan pitches and on site facilities include:
Parking space next to pitch.
Dogs/pets accepted by arrangement.
Flush toilets (with lighting).
Our campsite is open all year round and is only a short drive from many local attractions and places of interest such as; Chesterfield, Matlock and the Peak District National Park.
We are only 1 mile from a local pub and are a great base for people who enjoy walking, fishing and cycling.

Hardhurst Farm Campsite offers holiday accommodation situated in Hope, Hope Valley in Derbyshire.
The campsite accommodation is in a handy location for exploring the picturesque Peak District and the nearby village of Castleton. The campsite has a main field for caravans as well as an additional field for tents. There are hard standings available in the caravan field and electric hook ups are available in both fields.
Onsite facilities include toilets on the main field which are clean, but basic, and a recently built shower block which contains a disabled toilet and shower facilities. In addition to this, there is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer and a family-run café which serves delicious cooked breakfasts from Friday-Monday. We have full on site facilities including toilets and shower blocks, which are charged at £1 for 5 minutes or 20p for 1 minute , pot washing areas, drinking water and an extensive play area for children which is a big hit, which you can camp right next too if you are non electric. The site can be found by turning off the Ashbourne to Wirksworth road (B5035) opposite Kniveton church and proceeding for 500 yds when the site entrance will be on your left immediately before reaching Closes Farm.
Situated on the edge of the Peak District, Closes Caravan Park is a family run green field site in the folds of the Derbyshire landscape consisting of 30 seasonal pitches and 5 touring pitches, all having electrical hook-up.
