The cottage has full central heating and is equipped to a high standard for 4 people plus a 5th in an occasional bed. We are proud of our English Tourism Council 3 star rating.

Knott View Barn is a large seven bedroom property located at the foot of Farleton Fell just 2 miles from the motorway and an excellent base for visiting the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. Latcrag Caravan is a privately owned property situated on the slopes of Blencathra with panoramic views towards St John’s in the vale valley.
The property is located half a mile outside of Threlkeld village its self which is an ideal location for those outdoor activities. For example - fell walking, mountain biking, hang gliding or even a flat walk along the disused railway line towards Keswick. The local golf course is less than a mile away for those that are less active still outgoing.
