Ludham Hall is situated on the outskirts of the pretty Broadland village of Ludham, in Norfolk.
Originally the Bishop's Palace, it has many features dating back to the Seventeenth Century, and earlier, including a chapel built onto the north end of the house by Bishop Harsnett in 1627.
Ludham Hall Cottage adjoins the Hall with stunning views over grazing marshes, towards the historic site of St Benets Abbey and the billowing sails of river boats as they make their way along the River Ant.

Ashleigh is a fully modernised Victorian quality comfortable terraced house, which still retains much of its charm, character and some original features. The house, with two bedrooms which can sleep up to three is located in a quiet Cul-de-Sac with street parking, and is only fifteen minutes walk or a short bus ride from Lincoln City centre.
