The Barn is a comfortably converted stone built barn close to the old farmhouse of Llwyngloddaeth, Barmouth in Gwynedd. The location, 700ft above the Mawddach estuary is one of the loveliest in Wales; some say in Europe.
The self catering accommodation is built into the side of the knoll, so there is an outside door at the ground floor level and another onto the knoll from the first floor. Most of the accommodation is on the first floor.
There is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining table and lounge area and there are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the second has sturdy double bunks and the third is a small single bedroom. There is also a cot. On the ground floor there is only a hall and the bathroom.
